If restaurant offers reward points, you will have to make your booking via OpenRice platform to earn it. You can take reference of the picture below:

There is a points scheme for booking, which members can earn the points by making booking for the restaurants that offer points and attend the booking on time in order to redeem the gift. The booking points offered by different restaurants could be different. Members could view the points they get from the booking on the page of booking. The accumulated bonus points can be redeemed for the different gifts or vouchers which are carefully selected by us. We will do different promotions from time to time with restaurants, so you can earn more points faster.

  • Choose"Asia Miles"
  • Click "+"
  • Click "Connect"
  • Fill in your Asia Miles membership number or username and password, Make sure the information is accurate, then click “Connect”
  • Click, "Continue"
  • Account has been successfully connected, Book now to earn more Miles!

How to Earn Asia Miles (Desktop)

  • Book the restaurant that stated offer Asia Miles for booking (Connected your OpenRice and Asia Miles Account)
  • You can check the Asia Miles miles on confirmation page once you book and attend the booking.
  • The Asia Miles from the booking will be transferred to your account in 7 working days after we have confirmed your attendance.

  • Go "My Booking" under My OpenRice
  • Go "Points" tab and choose a gift
  • Select the quantity, "Redeem" after fill in your name and address

  • Select Bookings
  • Go Points tab and choose a gift
  • Select the quantity, Redeem after fill in your name and address

Disconnect Asia Miles Account (Desktop)

  • Choose "Contact Us" on the footer section
  • Choose "User Account" > submit with your OpenRice account, Asia Miles account number and account owner information. We will process your request within 7 working days (Please be informed that you may not get Asia Miles during the process)

  • Go "Setting" under "Me"
  • Go "Contact Us"
  • Choose "User Account" > submit with your OpenRice account, Asia Miles account number and OpenRice account owner information. We will process your request within 7 working days (Please be informed that you may not get Asia Miles during the process)

No, the points/ miles of the two plans cannot be transferred to each other.

At this stage, members can check the online booking miles in my OpenRice. For take away order miles checking, please log in to your Asia Miles account.

Mileages is based on the final payment. You can earn 5 miles for every $50 spending.

How many Asia Miles mileage i can get from my take away order?

Starting from 21 October,2020, every $50 spending can get 5 Asia Miles mileages. There is no limit to the spending that can earn the mileages or points.

10 working days after the order is completed, the mileage from the take away order will be credit to your Asia Miles account if already connect Asia Miles in OpenRice.
