Our team has recently discovered there are scammers impersonating OpenRice, inviting people to join groups and claiming that completing tasks can earn money. Please remember that OpenRice does not offer such services!

Please note:

1. OpenRice does not conduct any task-based earning programs;
2. All marketing activities are only announced on official platforms;
3. All official emails will only come from *.OpenRice.com;
4. For any inquiries, you can contact us through the OpenRice App;
5. All official OpenRice WhatsApp accounts are verified accounts (with a blue tick);
6. Please do not download the app from unofficial channels;
7. Do not join any chat groups of unknown origin;
8. Protect your personal information and beware of online scammers;
9. If in doubt, do not respond! Report and block suspicious groups as soon as possible;

If you receive suspicious messages, emails, or calls requesting personal information, please contact OpenRice customer service immediately through the OpenRice application or email (cs-enquiry@openrice.com). Please stay alert and keep safe!
