What should you pay attention to when you make a booking?
In order to ensure the member’s right and benefits, each member can make a maximum of three reservations for the same day. Each member can only make a maximum of two reservations for the same day at the same restaurant (eg. lunch and dinner at the same restaurant on the same day). If you cannot attend the booking you have made, you can login to you "My OR" on OpenRice App to re-schedule or cancel the reservation. The reservation would, otherwise, be marked as "absent". If there were more than four “absent” records in a six-month period, OpenRice has the right to terminate your booking service account temporarily or permanently, OpenRice reserves the right to edit your dining points without prior notice.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
The purpose is to protect our members' benefits and to avoid any misuse of our table booking service. The other reason why all members will need to verify their phone number is for easier communication between restaurants and members.
I did not receive SMS confirmation code, what do I do?
Generally, you will receive an SMS with a confirmation code will be sent out within 20 minutes. If an SMS has not been received, please check if a correct phone number has been provided. Please note a maximun of 5 verification SMS would be sent to each account in 30 days.
How do I edit or cancel a confirmed booking?
Please log in your OpenRice Account, click “My Booking” to manage your bookings. There are "edit" and "cancel" buttons next to each booking. After you make a change, you will receive a confirmation email. You must edit or cancel your booking no shorter than 30 minutes before the confirmed time.

If I have a special request, can I leave a note to the restaurant?
If you have any special request you wish to let the restaurant know, you can put it in the "Special Occasion" box in the table booking form. The restaurant would try to make arrangements, however it will not be guaranteed.
