We will notify you by phone when there are only 5 tables left, you can also check the queuing status on your phone
  • You can check your eTicket number at any pages of our app
  • Or go to "Me" to check the status
  • You can get eTickets for more than one restaurant and you can see them all.
  • You will receive SMS alerts when it is or near your turn.

You can queue for 4 different restaurants.

There are several reasons:
1. For some restaurants, you have to be in designated areas in order to get the eTickets. If you are outside the areas, you could not queue up remotely.
2. You are already queuing up for 4 restaurants.
3. Since remote queuing needs to use the location services, please make sure that you have turned on the location services for OpenRice App
