How to check my OpenRice points or Rice Dollars?

*Please update OpenRice APP to 6.0 or above

  • Check at main page under "My Points"
  • OR go "ME"
  • You can check your account OpenRice Points or Rice Dollars
Desktop App ?

There are many individual features for OpenRice members, including:

  • You can have your own page for sharing your dinning experience and for others to browse
  • You can bookmark the restaurants you want to go by using the favorite restaurants function, so you can check them back easily.
  • You can receive regular newsletters from OpenRice, so you can always get the latest F&B and discount information as well as our updates.

  • Click"Login/Sign up"
  • Click"Sign up now!"
  • OpenRice account can be sign up by using phone number, email address, Google account or Facebook account

App

  • Click"Login/Sign up"
  • Click"Register Now"to register by using phone number or email address. Besides, OpenRice account can be connected with social media account

As a member of OpenRice, you can read your reviews, photos, manage your personal account and manage your bookmarked restaurants, booking & points, online queuing, vouchers and discounts in "My OpenRice"
In order to go to "My OpenRice", please see below:

Username cannot be edited once it has been confirmed.

  • Change the setting of receiving promotional message

  • Click"Personal Settings"
  • Click"The Pencil icon"next to the email address column
  • Enter the email address and click "Submit"

  • Move to profile icon
  • Click"Personal Settings"
  • Click"Change"nest to the change password column
  • Insert the current password and the new password, then click "Submit"

Click "Forget password" on the "Log In" page. We will send you an email for further instructions to reset your password to your registered email address. You only need to follow the instructions from the email in order to reset password.

Please contact us to freeze your account and remove all the personal information, it will take 7-14 working days to proceed.

* Please update OpenRice App version to 5.10.0 or above

  • Go to “Me”
  • Choose"Setting"
  • Click "Credit Card"
  • Choose the Credit Card to be removed
  • Click“Delete this card”
  • Click"Delete"
  • The credit card has been removed

Binding Credit Card

* Please update OpenRice App version to 5.10.0 or above

  • Click"Me"
  • Click"Setting"
  • Click"Credit Card"
  • Click"Add New Card"
  • Input the credit card information and click "Confirm"
  • Click "Confirm"
  • The credit card has been bound successfully
