During booking, if you have any individual requests, you can state them under the column "Special Request" in the booking form. The restaurants will try to make the arrangements correspondingly. However, we regret that the restaurants may not be able to comply with all the special requests. 

Restaurant might ask you to make deposit due to the number of subscribers and date of your booking, when your booking is needed to be secured by deposit, we will transfer you to another web page for deposit payment.

If you are confirmed that you’ve attended that booking, deposit will be refunded back to your credit card. If you are absent from your booking, your deposit will be transferred to restaurant.

Yes, you can. You only have to fill in the customer name and phone number of the booking form. You can fill in your friend's name and his/her phone number (if applicable). Restaurants will receive your friend's information as well as your information in order to make the arrangement.
