In order to keep the Channels useful to users and not overrun with commercial noise, hate speech or useless information, you, also be subject to the [Restaurant Review & Comment Guidelines] when submitting restaurant review or comment, should not post any Material which is/may be or contains/may contain:-
- Taken by the owner, employee or its agent of such restaurant;;
- Taken by a competitor of the related restaurant;
- Driven by interest offered by restaurant or its agent;
- not a dining or F&B sharing;
- contains insulting, harass, defamatory, provocative and/or personal attacks content;
- material (such as photo, music, audio, etc) owned by someone (eg: copyrighted material)while you have not obtained appropriate licenses or prior permission to use it;
- Inappropriate language;
- Violence content;
- Adult/ sexualization content;
- Harmful acts and unreliable content;
- Misleading and libelous content;
- Hateful and derogatory content;
- Recreational drugs and drug-related content;
- Controversial issues;/li>
- Sensitive events;
- Inappropriate content for kids and families;
- Incendiary and demeaning;
- Tobacco-related content;
- 1Commercial or promotional messages; or
- 1Illegal, or non-compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
The Company will reject, mute, move, delete, remove or not to publish any Material or its portion which contains inappropriate, malicious or promotional content, including but not limited to the above-mentioned contents, at its sole discretion without reason nor notice.
