Restaurant might ask you to make deposit due to the number of subscribers and date of your booking, when your booking is needed to be secured by deposit, we will transfer you to another web page for deposit payment.

After your attendance is confirmed by our Japanese partners within 7 working days, the system will refund the deposit automatically within 30 working days.

Your attendance will be confirmed by the restaurant within 7 working days.

Different from Hong Kong, in Japan you don’t need to check-in your booking when you arrive at the restaurant. Show your booking details to the restaurant staff, and our Japanese partners will confirm your attendance and change your status within 7 working days.

If you cannot change your reservation, it is possible that there is no available time or vacant tables for that day anymore. If it is difficult for you to go to the restaurant, you can reschedule your reservation for another day or cancel the reservation up to 15 minutes before the reservation time.
